We are never surprised to hear at Neptune Window Cleaning when people on the doorstep tell us they ‘think’ they may have a window cleaner but they are not sure as the service provided by their window cleaner is sporadic at best.
Our only surprise is that people stand for such a poor, unprofessional level of service, on what after all, is most people’s greatest asset, their home. We assume that it is lack of choice which means that people are sometimes stuck with whatever service is available in the area.
